Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I am struggling with a problem. I have 3 activities consecutively with 8 hours each against them on a 24 hour calendar. The ES & EF are correct - see below

8 hrs 23/06/10 00:00 23/06/10 08:00
8 hrs 23/06/10 08:00 23/06/10 16:00
8 hrs 23/06/10 16:00 24/06/10 00:00

But the bar scale for them is completely strange. It look something like this:

-----
i
i
(Basically the bar length for the 2nd & 3rd activities is much shorter than the 1st)

If I change the FS constraints to SS then the bars are the same length.

Only when I change the timecale to 2 hour separation are the bar lengths equal!

Help - I am going mad on this one.
