Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi All,

Please can you advise on the following-

My programme activities are showing incosistent time units on my lags and slope. The activities are showing a mixture of seconds, minutes, hours and days on my activities.

Is there a way i can select a consistent format for all activities to have their lags calculated in days, weeks?

Thank you in advance.

Regards,

Farhad

Hi Farhad

In the column you can format the duration by the Format Cells dropdown.

You can do the same by selectiong the link and change the suffix ie 15w or 15d.

As a general rule you should only use lead lags for curing or drying out periods and then it should be set as calendar days - 15ed.

Best regards
