·         Responsible for planning, scheduling , monitoring and cost control of projects by using primavera project planner and alarko enterprise resource planning software programme.

·         Preparing the baseline schedule of works and update it on a regular basis according to the progress

·         Constantly monitoring costs by matching the actual against contracted amounts. Preparing monthly cash-flow forecasts and exercising cost control. Reporting to the Project Management and head office throughout all project

·         Analyzing budget variations and preparing cash flows, cost-benefit 
analysis and budget forecast

·         Maintain and improve planning procedures

·         Analyzing progress reports against current baseline schedules

·         Participation in claims analysis and negotiations.

·         Coordination, consolidation and review of project weekly and monthly progress reports.

·         Preparation schedule performance measurements reports, forecasts and studies

·         Work in close collaboration with Project Managers-Site Chiefs in developing solutions to potential problems to ensure successful delivery and project completion

·         Supports project management in accomplishing project status review and performance control

Preparing the cost control plan and assisted on monitoring the Project cost and performed timely project cost analysis.
