Principal Planner on the Scottish Water Framework.  Manage and oversee the work of the Framework planning team and ensure that all projects have an appropriate level of planning cover.  In addition, undertake a Tender Planning role on numerous Civils, Water, Power and Waste (Biomass) projects to secure further work.  Also lead planner on Low Moss Prison civils works.  Responsible for the cost and programme management of all schemes.  Proficient in the use of the networked Primavera Enterprise on which on Framework projects are managed.
