Review Contractor’s reports and deliverables. Collect and integrate Contractor’s weekly and monthly reports into one integrated management report. Monitor integrated schedule against contractor’s schedule and adjust if necessary.  Ensure compliance with company planning & progress measurement requirements based on contract.  Query delays on progress and commodities each Contractor. Monitor/evaluate contractor performance in accordance with the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) milestone. Ensure quality of deliverables in terms of planning and reporting provided by Contractors.
