·       Assisting project manager to coordinate the procurement, planning, and execution activities.

·         Detailed study of contract documents and project documents (Drawings, Specification etc.).

·         Was the single point of coordination for all kind of material submittal, procurement and engineering requirements of the project.

• Monitoring and updating the weekly progress report with S-curves, manpower and equipment utilization report.

• Maintained the database for the daily progress in Microsoft Access, and produced the manpower histograms, and compared it against the budgeted manpower

• Formulate Master Plan Schedule, at all stages of the project lifecycle, from design and through to completion using primavera project planner through resources loading, including engineering, procurement and construction, in coordination with project team.
• To coordinate with engineering and procurement department project teams to achieve optimum development and sustainment of project schedules.
• Monitoring critical activities based on the project schedule and report to management
• Interfacing, coordinating with subcontractors when needed, reviewing subcontractors

v  Visited the project site regularly for periodic progress report and evaluation.

v  Worked with Project Manager for support in the productive and timely completion of the project.

v  Provided BOQ of major projects to Bids Team for preparation of tenders. Projects tendered include NDIA C-II Airline Support Facilities (Doha), Developpement du Champ de Rhourde Nouss (Algeria).
