Work as a Technical Officer and Coordinator for Architectural works. Work responsibility is to study all working drawings then provide technical solutions and detailed drawings on all issues that will be encountered on the construction stage but maintaining the design intent of the Design team. Work includes:
Responsible for developing the Project Controls training, standards and procedures, providing scheduling, estimating, and claims expertise, as well as taking on project control responsibilities on project site as needed.
Prepared and obtained approval of project plans and procedures. Assure quality and consistency of all planning and associated reporting. Developed, monitored and controlled fully resourced project schedule. Prepared, distributed and recorded project performance reports, and ensured issues are acted upon. Reviewed and validated revisions to scopes of work; examined project estimates ensuring accuracy and completeness. Investigated and resolved contract-related discrepancies, complaints, and disputes. Provide maintenance of a quality based management system.
