Activities consists on module fabrication at Yard facilities in Port Harcourt and construction and installation at sites.
My role as Project Control Manager covers both yard and sites, running, supporting, managing, staffing, training and coaching the project control teams.
Support tender activities for BIDs initiative during estimation phase and set up of the projects, analysis, definition and implementation of project control processes and methodologies
