Al-Farid Contracting Establishment is involved in the general construction of multi-storey commercial buildings and residential villas. • Prepare project schedules by Critical Path Method (CPM) including activity duration estimates, man-hours loading, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), progress S-curve, monthly cash flow, and obtain approval of the Project Manager. Schedules are prepared on Primavera P3. • Update the project schedules based on actual site construction and installation progress and also based on delivery of major materials. • Analyze the effect of work or material delays on the schedule and highlight critical items to the Project Manager. • Distribute weekly progress reports including construction status, material procurement, manpower loading, number of equipment, activity progress S-curves, two-week look-ahead schedule, etc. • Prepare monthly financial billing based on the approved monthly progress report and coordinate/ liaise with consultants to facilitate fast review and approval of the bills. • Prepare material take-off of the required materials • Coordination between project site and main office
