As Main Contractor on an NEC3 Option C contract, NGB are working alongside BAM Nuttel in order to deliver a large Class One nuclear establishment. Following the successful tendering of the project, Matthew’s role as Senior Planning Engineer has been to build and subsequently manage the 2000+ activity schedule using Primavera P6. In line with the contract’s Works Information, Matthew produces monthly period reports which include Earned Value Analysis, Current Vs Baseline variances of Key Dates, as well as a narrative detailing the impact progress and change has had upon the rescheduled programme. Matthew works closely with the Commercial and Engineering departments, identifying Early Warnings and adding / assessing the effect of Compensation Events within the programme.
