·         Supports the Project Manager in the areas of planning, scheduling , monitoring, corrective actions , progress reports and highlights

·         Conducts planning and coordination meetings required to support planning, monitoring and recovery functions.

·         Follow up on work request from clients. A  nalyzes basis for design, scope and management.

·         Assist in the development and maintenance of WBS and helps ensure the coding is effectively used on the project.

·         Compiles and develops cost time resources from all disciplines and get approved budget from customer. And also benchmark on man-hours & total cost.

·         Follow up and Securing Finance & Funds (FAF) Approval, PR approval & Purchasing Orders (Pos) for
  Projects.  Work Order Preparation for approved Project CTRs.

·           Set up and maintain project schedules (in primavera p6) based on critical path methodology (Level I to IV Work Schedules), which describes the sequence of work and identifies the significant task interdependencies required to meet the project scope of work.

·         Load activities in schedules, assign resources (in conjunction with CBS), identify critical paths and high risk activities, produce progress S-curves and histograms, and do analysis on how long it will take to accomplish the project

·         Carryout schedules risks assessments, analysis and management.

·         Develops and implements program activities, coordinates efforts of subcontractors, production departments and field service personnel and provides analysis of schedule data to identify key project issues to ensure the meeting of project objectives and contractual commitments.

·         Manage impact of change & trends and resulting in re-schedules / re-baselines.

·         Develops and implements fully integrated schedule of cross-functional interfaces between engineering, procurement – materials & sub-contracts, estimating, cost management, construction & commissioning, safety, quality, finance/accounting, and document control.

·         Collects/reports EPC progress through activities and deliverables using earned value (EVM), cost and schedule performance indicators CPI / SPI / MPI, identifies/assists in analysis of project variances, assists in developing corrective actions, and coordinates resolution of variances.

·         Provide analysis of schedule to identify key project issues to ensure the meeting of project objectives and contractual commitments  .

·         Analyzes contractual commitments, client specifications, design changes and other data to plan and develop logistic program activities from conceptual stage through life cycle of project.

·         Produces weekly and monthly reports/highlights regularly to support project needs, ensuring schedule-coding structure supports management/client reporting requirements.

·                 Monitors project specific performance, progress measurements (% Complete), and value of work done (VOWD), cost reports, s- curves and histograms and communicates the projects progress within the project team and to senior management.
