Angola Operations does not have the technical resourses to carry out major modifications to the Greater Plutonio FPSO. A project group has been established within BP in Sunbury to project manage such modifications, from full design, procurement, manufacture / fabrication and construction elements.

The planning function requires a full project plan to be developed in Primavera P6 which is then integrated into the Angola based Activity Plan which controls all aspects of offshore PoB and allocation of priority based on very tight resourse availability on the FPSO. The plan also is closed linked through the WBS / CBS to the control of all costs on each project and the calculation of VoWD.
