Ñ        Working as a Senior Scheduling and Cost Control Engineer for Saudi Aramco for security upgrade project for 26 (Bulk Plants & Oil Refineries) around Saudi Arabia

Ñ        Sequencing tasks and creating detailed task codes to track progress with hours and duration estimation

Ñ        Developing construction plans / schedules / budgets which maximizes the efficiency of available resources of the projects to meet the needs of our clients

Ñ        Establishing baselines by identifying scope, Work Break Down (WBS), Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) in concern with Project Manager

Ñ        Reviewing and auditing own and contractor schedules, control procedures and practices

Ñ        Performing Resource Loading / Leveling tasks and developing earned value reporting

Ñ        Identifying schedules, trends, deviations and recommending corrective courses of action

Ñ        Estimating costs, identifying variances and risk conditions to develop detailed project budgets

Ñ        Creating detailed cost reports and cash flow projections for project teams

Ñ        Reviewing drawings, quantities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work

Ñ        Ensuring that requisitions for materials and equipment are communicated in a timely manner to Head Office
