- RFF: Assistance to project management for the writing and finalization of the contract between RFF and SNCF to manage the DCF: SNCF direction responsible of the train routing on French national railway
- AREVA T&D (now ALSTOM Grid): Recommendation for a new system of progress measurement for a whole business unit. Comparative analysis between Primavera P6 and EPM 2007
- RATP (Railway systems engineering): Audit and recommendation for a new way to manage the projects in the matrix organization. Structuration, method elaboration, set-up of planning models and link to the existing group planning software system CASCADE
- ALSTOM POWER (Nuclear Turbine): Supervision of the design and set-up of a complete resource and planning system for the engineering department
- RFF (French Railway Network Owner): Bid leader "Assistance for the redaction of the "dossier de saisine du CDNP" for the Paris-Normandie High Speed Line, and for the general public preconcert (group with ARCADIS - successfull)
- SNCF (French National Railway): Assistance to the management of Paris Batignolles project that include many railway work phases (7 years - > € 250 M).
- SEMAVIP & SEMPARISEINE (Public/private organization in charge of managing the development a whole area): Assistance to the management of 2 projects involving many builders in order to create 2 new blocks in Paris Area. The construction includes public parts (schools, swimming pools,…), offices, private and public accommodations (7 years still active)
- PLAINE COMMUNE (North Paris suburb): Project management methods and EPM 2007 software implementation for the management of the 14 ANRU Master-projects of Plaine Commune total around 1,5 billion €. (2 years ended june 2009)
- CUS (Communauté Urbaine de Strasbourg - Strasbourg City and suburb) : Project management methods and software implementation for the 2 construction departments (150 people). (2 years ended December 2007)
