As Planning Engineer I was Responsible for all the Planning and Cost Control aspects of the Projects assigned. I was reporting to the Project Manager and regional Projects Control Manager. Main responsibilities covered under the role were Preparation of cost and resource loaded master schedule, Preparation of schedule management plan and related documents, monitoring of actual work against approved schedule and issuing early warnings to relevant department on any deviation, preparation of earned values and comparison with the actual cost to measure the profitability of projects, Preparation of S-curves, monthly reports and monthly management reports, preparation of EOT and Disruption claims and assisting Commercial manager in preparation of Budgets.
