Project Scope  :           Construction of Head Race Tunnel, 8.0 km length with TBM & 3.0 km with Road header/D&B executed in Joint Venture with ALPINE Bau GmbH

            2010-2012       Planning-Incharge

Reporting to the Project Manager and taking care of project planning, scheduling & monitoring and cost controlling

Preparing master schedules, revised execution schedules, micro-plans, cost reports including accepted cost estimate and job cost reports

Responsible for managing Contract Administration activities at project site, identifying claims after reviewing client and contractors’ obligations

Involved in finalizing method statements for critical works
