• Planning In Charge for the Talegaon Amravati  project
• Planning and monitoring of Construction of TA-BOT project.
• Implementation of Primavera 6.2 across organization to plan and monitor projects
• Development of Web based Project Information System.
• Preparing Level-5 Program for the Construction Project along with the Monitoring Scheme based on the Targeted Schedule.
• Preparing the Project Control Scheme for the Progress Monitoring.
• Preparing the reporting system based on the Earned value Analysis for the Project.
• Designing & developing the Integrated Planning system for the effective management & implementation of Management Information System.

1. Project - BR-3 project

Job deliverables

• Define and implement a robust project planning system and structured project review and monitoring system using Primavera P 6.2.
• Define project planning methodology, including interfaces between site and HO
• Prepare master and L2/L3 level schedules to meet the intermediate milestone
• Refine project review and monitoring system, including the formats/templates used
• Establish system of identifying critical paths and ways to optimize them
• Project - Design, Engineering, Finance, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of Gurgaon-Faridabad and Ballabhagarh-Sohna Roads in Faridabad and Gurgaon Districts of Haryana on BOT Basis
