Scope of Work of the project:

Construction of Piping & Equipment foundations, Discharge Culvert, Combined Utility & Auxiliary Switchgear Buildings. Fabrication & erection of structural steel pipe racks, bridges & supports. Fabrication, erection & testing of CS, SS, GI, Cu-Nickel clad/solid, GRE (Glass Reinforced Epoxy), RTRP (Resin Threaded Reinforced Plastic) & PTFE lined piping. Erection & installation of Gas Turbine Generator, Waste Heat Recovery Boiler, Multi Stage Flushing Desalination unit and other equipment & vessels. Tank modification works i.e. structural steel roof supports, internal piping, valves & nozzles. Piping tie-in works (168 nos.) requiring shutdown or hot tapping. Installation of transformers, switchgears, cathodic protection and instrumentation works. Refurbishment of existing control room. Commissioning.

                            Duties & Responsibilities

                        1)    Planning, Scheduling & Control by preparing & updating Construction Schedules, Three Weeks Look Ahead Schedules, Tie-ins & Shutdown Schedules and Hot Tapping Schedules in the form of CPM Network & Bar Chart using Primavera Project Planner (for DOS), Microsoft Excel & Word. Attending Weekly Meetings.

2)       Estimation & allocation of resources. Development of Progress Measurement System. Progress monitoring

& reporting through Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports including Progress Assessment Curves.
