Lead Cost & Planning Controller Thames Water The Victorian Main Replacement Programme (VMR) was Thames Water largest capital project for the regulated period and the largest civil engineering programme in Europe. Currently Programme Controls Manager for IP East Midlands for Network Rail. I have been a programme controls manager for the past three years in NR. Until last April I also manage the team in York.

I managed the installation and set up of Primavera enterprise into NR in 2004 and maning the admin team for the enterprise team. This was P3e version 4 and and was upgraded to version 5. In 2008 I move away for the admin and into development and acted a Principal Programme Planner for the National Deliver Planning team.
