Following a successful career at AMP (Asset Management Plan) 5, I was seconded to work on Galliford Try – Southern Water Partnership (GTSWP) AMP-6 contract to deliver Water and Waste Water Treatment projects within the western half of Southern Water’s area (West Sussex, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight). Contract value: £250m.

The framework comprised over 160 projects and is worth in excess of £300m. My role involved programme and project management. The array of projects included clean water, wastewater, SCADA and SEMD works. The project sizes varied from £20k to £60m.
