Scope managed was Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management of three trains of 200MMSCFD Cryogenic trains with balance of plant, with planned built-out capacity of 2BSCFD. Key achievement was selection of EPC subcontractors for scope that was not self-performed.

     Update and maintain the schedule. Generate weekly forecast schedule update report and three week look-ahead construction schedule.
     Prepare weekly schedule analysis report and progress reports with S-Curves for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
