·         30+ years of experience in the supervision, inspection & management of projects ranged in value up to US $ 1.2 billion as a Project Site Manager.

·         Provide assistance and recommendation, if consulted, to Contractors regarding earthworks, Paving, dewatering system, piling works, concreting works, formworks, rebar works, steel structure erection.

·         Planning requirements with clients, and set objectives.

·         Analyzing and testing feasibility of projects using a range of different surveying tools.

·         Creating blueprints (Sketches – Planner – Scheme) and performing cost analysis.

·         Managing the whole project (Time – Budget/Cost – Quality QA/QC) through to completion and startup phases.

·         Experience in construction, supervision, managing, maintenance of civil, mechanical, and Electrical & Instrumentation works in several projects in oil & gas sector including Refineries, Petrochemicals and Bulk Plants.

·         Experience in Airport works; highways, airstrips, logistic area, internal roads, heavy industrial areas and both water supply & waste water sectors including pipelines, manholes, pumping stations, rising mains, precast concrete and storm water networks.

·         Experience in high standard construction of infrastructure and high standard finishing works for site offices, luxury villas and swimming pools. Along with all the required utilities like pump stations, elevated & ground water tanks, sewage networks, rain networks, irrigation systems, electrical substations and lighting and earthling networks, roads, sidewalks, fencing and landscape works.

·         Experience in offshore pipelines; coating, precast concrete supports, counter acts, plugs, ballast weights and onshore pipelines.

·         Experience in Wells facilities including gathering area, Oil /Gas satellite wells & well sites and water wells along with all required facilities, piping, precast/cast in situ supports, concrete foundations, electrical & instrumentations and fencing, burning bits (including refractory works) and boundary walls.

·         High quality experience in steel structure/Precast concrete works including workshop drawings, fabrication, assembling, coating and painting, installation and inspection.

·         Maintenance works for machinery and static concrete foundations, industrial buildings and steel works, water intake stations, water treatment stations, sewer and water networks, Roads and marine works including jetty maintenance works.

·         Refractory works (Lining Application with mortar and bricks and installing ceramic/rockwall blanks) for Coke Heater,Furnaces (Mixed Feed Crackers), burner bits, Fireproofing and Insulation works.

Managerial & Leadership skills:

·         Leading a group of Engineers from different disciplines to achieve projects success on schedule and within budget.

·         Experienced in applying QHSE Standards on site.
