I am a Malaysian and had been working as an Civil Engineer until now, after my graduation from Uni. of Newcastle Upon Tyne at year 1998. Along these years, i had involved with many projects which mostly related to Road construction and Deep Sea Port Construction, others were like land reclaimation, airport runway, slope protection, ground improvement, building and etc.

I am now working as a Project Manager who will handle a Highway Construction Project consisted of 70 km with 14 bridges, 300 over RC culverts and 1000 over RC Sump which to be completed before 2020. With 9 mil over m3 of cut and 6 mil m3 of fill, and with all the infrastructural and relocating of existing utilities and land acqusition issues, i really dont have the faith to complete the project on time. 

That's why i joint your forum to hope can get some advises and learning new management programme like P6 .
