Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi,
I received this by mail and thought that it might be of interest to some:
"
BRIEF SUMMARY

The survey shows that the average yearly base salary for all project and cost management professionals employed full-time in 2009 was US$93,051 - a 6.6% overall increase since 2008.

Claims and dispute resolution professionals enjoyed the highest salaries with an average base salary of $111,812.

The majority of respondents indicated their job-function to be project controls (27.3%), cost estimating (22.4%), project management (15.7%), or planning & scheduling (13.9%).

There is a strong correlation between salary and number of years of experience. On average, for each additional year of work-related experience, base salary increases by about $2,100 per year.

With kind regards,

Samer
