Dear All,

I want to change a data form user defined field to activity code.

 I am not able to group resources in the resource assignment layout  wrt equipment no,since i have assigned it in the user defined field.

so now i have to change all the equipment no from user defined to activity code as equipent name.

what is the easiet way to acheive it.

You would have to create the activity code, with all of the possible values .... then use global change to copy from the UDF field in to the activity code field.  That's the easiest way I can think of doing it.
