Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Here we go....After I set a baseline and begin to excute the schedule we have FCO’s (field change orders) issued which add extra manhours to the schedule. How can I enter these hours without affecting my Planned Baseline hours.
I run a report which shows Original Hours, FCO hours, and Hours to Completion. I need this report to show the FCO hours added to the Completion column.

Vaughn,
You can use Resource Code or Activity Code or UDF to identify Original Hours and FCO hours and group & sort by those codes you selected to use.

Another approach is using a separate WBS for FCO activity.
