Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Guys,

If in P3, we can import/export the links thru excel, can we do that in P6?I never give a try yet but if not mistaken we can do exactly same like P3. Am i right?

Izam,
Yes you can use export/import spreadsheet function in P6 to update progress. Task is for updating activities and Resource assignment is for updating resource loading and actual. You must update one at a time and not both otherwise it will produce an unexpected result.
