Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear Rodel,

Please advise me about this subject:

Am I right if I compare performance % complete (physical % complete) vs schedule % complete???

Note:
- My schedule is cost loaded (calculate cost from units)
- I am measuring progress using physical % complete
- Schedule % complete come from my baseline schedule which is not progressed.

Thank you in afvance

Duy

Yes you are doing it correctly and very useful in Earned Value Management, Progress Reporting, Baseline Comparison, Cost Management, Forecast and Cash Flow and many other useful reports like S-curve, Histogram etc...

Good Work!
