Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I am reviewing a baseline schedule, the commencement date has TF=2 days?

Check your calendar. If the calendar is a 5 day week and the commencement date is at a weekend, it will show float equal to the duration until you start work on the Monday

Dear Ali,

The problem is that the commencement date should have TF=0 and linked to the critical activities which have TF=0, also in the schedule report I have found "Milestone with invalid relationship"
