Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Do any of you publish / prepare a weekly or monthly schedule adherence or schedule attainment KPI?

If so, what is your comparitive basis?

Thanks Arnold.

I have knowledge of Key Performance Indicators, as I publish tons of them on a weekly and monthly basis. However, I wanted to converse how others go about comparing the Baseline to the Current schedule specifically using P6.

I have studied how P6 arrives at its SPI, but I’m not sure if that would be the best way to show schedule deviation / Adherence / Attainment.

Do any others actually publish any type of schedule adherence report?
