Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

SALES PITCH
-----------

We are just about to start selling (after three successful implemtations) our Primavera-to-anything integration system.

It is very straightforward, and compared to some solutions we read about relatively inexpensive. We have one client doing 500k+ transactions a night, synchronising 15 activity code tables, creating hierarchical Level of Effort actvities from parent/child workorders, adding compliance bandwidth to maintenence activities, maintaining the resource library, etc.

Easy.

SAP, Maximo, IFS, Terroman - we don’t care.

SAP & P6 can synch but will require an interface program to carry this out. we are in the process of getting this to work but not a straight forward nor a cheap solution. we’ve used IMPRESS (www.impress.com) to do this.
