Lost activity information when copy

as you are copying only one activity, in fields to be copied, unmark the field (only between copied activities)under relationships.

if you Unmark this field, the relationship will be copied.

It could happen when you have some triggers that avoid erasing datas such as Actuals for instance, but only for those specific fields. Otherwise, I do not see any other reason.
