Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi all,

I have used multiple resources in a programme and want to produce a consolidate resource histogramme (ie I have used 5 resources and I want to show them all together on the histogramme - no need to show different resources).

Does anyone know how?

Please let me know - need help!

Thanks for everyone’s help - holding down control and selecting all worked in the print profile screen

Hi Christopher,

Try this, create a stacked histogram and filter all your resources by assigning different color. How to do? use resource usage profile options.

Hope will help you!

I want to print the Resource Histogramme, not view it on the screen - how do I do it for the 5 resources? (I forgot to add this is for P6).

Thanks for your help gents.

Hi Christopher

Just select each of the resources whilst holding down the Ctrl key. This will give you a resource histogram for all selected resources

I am assuming you are in the Activity Layout view and have the Resource Histogram on the bottom layout.

You just need to select all the resources you want to display. It sounds like this will be easier fo you if you set the Filter to only display the Current Project Resources and then select all that are displayed.
