Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I have activities that are delayed by 4 months or more because of work windows and I’m trying to display the bar differently. I added necking to the bar display options by clicking on the calander nonwork time under the bar settings tab, but now it also necks over weekends and my bars look like sausages. Help please. I’m going crazy. How can I get the bars to neck for my big non work windows and not for weekends.

Try creating a new calendar for the non work periods and attaching the calendar to the activity.

What happens if you tick the box for ’Activity nonwork intervals’ rather than ’Calendar nonwork time’? Does this not give you what you need?
