Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Do anyone has experience using STEPS on P5?? I’m a P3e user and i’d like to know advantages of STEPS on P5.

You can set up Step Templates in V5 for repeatable events.

I normally use STEPS on my schedulles.

But what i would like to know is:

Is there advantages for STEPS on P5 release?

Steps are particularly useful for small activities that do not need to be done in sequence. Each step can be weighted which gives an accurate measure of work completed. A typical example is production of a drawing package


Overall Drawinng 10%
Detailed Drawings 60%
Bill of Materials 5%
Test Specifications 25%
