Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Ronald, I agree. Some users hated to do upgrade and not pay for maintenance. The purchase include a year maintenance and users try their best to ’suit’ his practice. Once stable, they prefer no change and so not keen to upgrade the software. Then maintenance to them is not attractive.
Further upgrade to P3e/c from P3 is not default. that is no upgrade until request.

Renewing your P3 maintenance may be more expensive that you think. You have to make-up the missing payments for every year that you had skipped. If your copy of P3 is older than 4 years, then it might be cheaper to just purchase a new copy and forget about the maintenance agreement.

No upgrade cost required if you are in maintenance. Only pay for the delivery.

Renew the P3 maintenance and then upgrade to P3e/c. The upgrade costs from P3 to P3e/c is very small.
