Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear Planners,

After loading the budgeted quantity (manhours), when i add up all the manhours, it is not matching with the manhours in the primavera p3. How to get the exact mhrs in the loading.

You might have multiple resources assigned to various activities. P3 calculates/adds up the budgeted quantity regardless of their unit. So like if you have 600 cum of concrete and 900 mhr on an activity. P3 will give u a budgeted quantity as 1500.

If you need to make sure that the BQ of mhr and your arthimatic sum is same, run a resource tabular/graphic report on your mhr resource id.
