·         Preparation of contract appreciation document in order to bring contract requirement in simple format

·         Subcontract Agreement administrations and monitoring, raising change order request, finalizing specification as per change request.

·         Document Preparation for measurement certification in line with contract specification.

·         To provide & suggest stakeholder on contract strategies, evaluation criteria, scope & structure of contract including required claim settlement.

·         Bid evaluation for procurement of bought out item (like pipe spools, cathodic protection, structural fabricated items, material handling equipment, fixture etc.), contract and schedule monitoring as per contract,

·         To establish and maintain an effective and efficient administration and communication system in accordance with major contract requirement.

·         To prepare and complies contract document in line with user requirement duly reviewed by in house legal and finance group to ensure viability and legal aspect of contract documentation.

·         Validate and subsequent development and implementation of all contractual procedures for conformity meeting company procedure.

·         To assist in evaluating contractors request for obtaining necessary approval of procedure including critical documents as required.

·         Had primary responsibility for compiling and consolidating all sections of the formal bid packages.

·         Helped to establish and be primary responsible for the maintenance of a system and for tracking and filling all bids, contracts, and related documents.

·         Assisted in contract negotiations with bidders/Contractors as required as per company procedures/ guidelines.
