1.     Profile:

 

Ø  A Civil Engineer / Quantity Surveyor with more than 15 years experience in Project Management, Cost & Quantity Management, Contract Management, Coordination and Team Management with well known organisations.

Ø  A keen Quantity Surveyor with competencies across:                      

·      Cost Estimation & Cost control, Contract Management, Procurement Co-ordination

·      Preparing BOQ as per master planning requirement.

·      Coordinating between contractor and management to resolve all contractual issue for smooth workflow on site.

·      Evaluating Contractor’s Claim:-assessment and evaluation of construction claims associated with additional works delays etc.

Ø  Commercial and Technical Management:

·      Preparing of tenders for contractors/sub contractors, evaluation of offers, techno-commercial discussion & finalization of contract in view of project schedule.

·      Settling of all techno-commercial disputes / clarifications during execution of project.

·      Overseeing client invoice submission, monitoring and following up of invoice payments.

·      Settlement of disputes with clients, contractors, Govt. and statutory bodies.

·      Responsible for coordination with the engineering, purchase and finance department for design & drawing specification, dispatch of materials to project sites, raising invoice and payment.

·      Interacting with client for securing quick approval of the designs provided & carrying out planning as per pert chart requirement and ensuring proper cash flow cum payment on time.

·      Coordinating with staff and sub-contractors on site for project progress.
