Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi all

After installing ODBC driver v 2.04, P3 don’t want to launch, error message a serial number can’t be locked , and as I am an ignorant civil engineer I just uninstalled the software

So when reinstalling the software it keeps saying record manager inactive can’t create PRMZFIL.P3

So please what’s wrong? Is the default to the new odbc driver or what ?
Of course I can always format the c: driver then installing all the software from scratch, but my concern for the new driver, because the once installed with infomaker, each time I made a query he pops up saying the license is over and I have to call some one paying him a lot of money.

Please need help ?
