Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

You obviously know more about the subject than I do so just put things in your programme in the order that they have to be carried out and link them logically - Finish > Start.

But it needs also environmental, land clearance, structure plan, development plan and etc, how do we make for these items a project phase.

This will do for both design and construction on a green field site.

Survey

Site clearance > take out old services - divert live > clear contamination

Earthworks  > cut fill to profiles

Infrastrure > roads > drains > services > sub stations

Structures in phases

Landscaping > planting > water features
