Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi SUM PUM,

p6 update is based in manhour, than when you update your resources update labor man hour, you can see that whene you change the actual unit in labor man hour you % progress change.

Best Regards.

Hi SUM PUM,

You get to use both, I mean Labor like (Project Manager, Engineers, Mason....etc) and for Non-Labor you can use resource type under any name that will be use in the project like (Loader, Excavetor, Materials...etc).

Please, let me know if you need any more info..

Good Luck..
