Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

If i want to update an activity regarding Percent Complete, can i update at one time only? Say i want to change the Percent complete in the activity form. Does the updating in the activity form will also update the Cost and Resource form as well? Please advise.

Thanks for the reply. However, am not sure if you referring Percent Expended wherein the percentage of actual cost which has been spent to date. And Percent Complete is the percentage of the activity which is complete. Thus, my query refers to the automatic updating of the percent complete both for the activity and cost form. Unless otherwise let Suretrack to calculate the Percent complete. But my program is applied on a manual updating coz’ i’m controlling the completion dates of each activity based from the availability of our resources and milestones.
