Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Remaining Labor Unit by Week

Hello Everyone, Need help on how to get a report on Remaining labour units per week after updating the Schedule. Like, Week 24.3 31.3 7.4 Mason 10 5 6 Regards Jithin

Thanks Zoltan,

Did that and it worked. Apart from that I also right clicked on the Resource Spreadsheet and clicked on Spreadsheet Field from which I selected "Remaining Units".

view show on bottom resource useage spreadsheet

on the right modify resource usage profile

right click spreadsheet fields remaining units

and make the time scale weeks

or

make sure your time scale is weeks

view show on bottom resource useage profile 

 on the right you rigth click and select resource usage profile options

on the data tab under display select units

and under that select remaining early 

click on the graph tab and at the bottom check calculate average and base on hours per time period

the divide by interval should be 40 is viewiing for weeks.
