Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

We are making a schedule for a building with many contractual milestones which are given constraint "finish on" in P6. These milestones are linked with each other with FS relationship and lag 0. However, with this arrangement the schedule is not showing a proper longest path. Is there any remedy for the same.

Gulshan,

I presented a paper on this topic at the 2005 AACE conference titled, “Managing Multiple Milestones.”  You can find a copy of it at http://www.ronwinterconsulting.com/published.htm.  Good luck!

Hello Gulshan Firstly check schedule Open ends, if there work on it with proper logic. After that link your milestone A) start Milestone : link with group latest start successor activity with SS 0 lag relationship. B) Finish Milestone : link with group last finish successor activity with FF 0 lag relationship.
