Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

The contract contains multiple unit completion penalty milestones which are waived if the final completion milestone is achieved. The project is in serious delay. The contractor has submitted an EOT claim (TIA and owner delay events only) that is focused on delay to final completion milestone and ignores all the intermediate penalty milestones. In my opinion all penalty milestones should be included in the analysis - any comments please.

Hi Alan

Yes they should.

Instruct your contractor to impact his dely events on the tasks leading to the milestones and refuse to consider anything else until it is done.
