Provided consulting services for commercial and highway construction, providing planning and scheduling for a variety of contractors, road builders, utilities contractors, and owners.  Provided forensic schedule and cost estimating services along with expert witness services in testimony.  Brought accurate Critical Path Scheduling into the arena of tenant buildout, improving the construction times for typical commercial interiors projects.  Improved market share of downtown Norfolk tenant construction.  Expanded business into Newport News office construction market.  Developed unit costing computerized estimating system for tenant work in order to produce overnight budgets for developers, and secured a reputation for accurate, immediate pricing response.  Increased volume of retail and restaurant construction, along with general commercial construction.   In-house work provided included demolition, concrete, HVAC and plumbing, carpentry, metal studs and drywall, floorcoverings, mechanical and electrical.  Performed design-build restaurants and other commercial construction.   Client base was military, commercial, school and university construction.
