Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I created a custom calendar for one project and want to use the same calendar for another project.  How do I copy it from one project to another?

Thanks Mike.  I did try the copy and paste but maybe I wasn't doing it correctly.  I was able to copy a task, and paste it into the new schedule and it carried the calendar with it.

Thanks again!

Jeff

Hi Jeff

Highlight and copy the calendar you want.

Go to the new project and copy the calendar.

If the calendar wizard pops up then disable it first.

Alternatively copy a single task and copy it into the new projoject and it should bring all the other objects with it for you to retain or de select.

Best regards
