Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

 I know that this is very simple to solve, but I am unable to find a solution.

When I create a new project, and go to print, the print button is faded out, and I cannot print. What I can do, is copy the project to another project and print that way. I have been throught he setting, and do not know what I have done wrong. Please help.

Hi Ronan

Is your printer connected?

Have you set the User Level to Advanced?

Go to Help > User Level > Advanced

A whole lot of Asta wonders will now open up.

Another possibility is that you may get better results by switching from the v 12 ribbon display to the original Icon system.

If nothing works then go to Asta support and they will sort it for you.
