 Build up a good realistic programme.

 Responsible for the execution of progress control and project monitoring.

 Set up Baseline schedules for new projects or schedules for Tenders

 Perform project control and progress monitoring for the project

Liaise with project team and client’s project representative to establish the Schedule based  on key dates as specified in the contract.

  •  Prepare and maintain Project schedule;
  • Assign milestones for Contractors for close monitoring of activities;
  • Prepare Weekly (six weeks look ahead) and Monthly reports for Client;
  • Evaluate variance of schedule with actual against planned and advice the concerned Contractor for sequence change or accelerations;
  • Verify the scope of each Contractor against Contract in co-ordination with Contract Adminstrato
